Pyramid Dungeon 6 is fairly simple, although you need to remember to pick up 1 Subject's Mask and 1 Subject's Earring which are both dropped by Seth in Pyramid Dungeon 4 and Pyramid Dungeon 5.
Quests:
Nefertiti:
Nefertiti asks for 3 of each canopic jar: Imsety, Harpy, Duamutef, and Qebehsenuef. All jars can be drilled up anywhere in the pyramid. Because this quest can be repeated 5 times for a total of 15 of each canopic jar, this is one of the longest and most tedious drilling quests out there. Your reward? A whole pile of Blue and Pink Potions C.
If you have the Pharaoh's Hat from killing Tutankhamen (about a gazillion times) then you will also get access to her quest to bring in 15 Book of the Dead. For this quest you will get Piece of Free Soul 2.
Bastet:
Bastet need 1 Subject's Mask and 1 Subject's Earring to transfer you to the Tutankhamen trial quests which lead to the boss room Pyramid Dungeon 7 and big bad Tutankhamen himself.

There a chance that they will drop a level 20 weapon or staff.
All monsters in the Desert Beach area drop Pointy Object, Pink Potion A, Blue Potion A, as well as level 20 stones and crystals.

Trickster Online Walkthrough - Pyramid Dungeon 6
Pyramid Dungeon 6 is where you finally find out what all those little canopic jars are for (you've probably drilled up a bunch and not been able to find a use for them).
Quests:
Nefertiti - She will ask you to find her canopic jars. You need to drill up 3 each of Qebensuef, Damuter, Isis and Harpy (repeat five times for a total of 15 of each jar). You get a bunch of XP as well as Potions C (which are very heavy to carry).
Bastet - Will transfer you to Room of Guardian so you can do the Test of Calmness. You will need 1 Subject's Mask and 1 Subject's Earrings, both of which are dropped by Seth in Pyramid Dungeon 4 and Pyramid Dungeon 5.
